I solved my own issue. Somehow the Zero Return Button got depressed. I didn't notice as I never use it.

I have a 34B in good condition. Everything works. The issue I have is on High speed rewind it will sometimes reverse itself without any input from me. Anyone know what might cause that issue? Thanks
