    Tascam TSR-8 not starting to play/record

    Hey, I recently got a Tascam TSR-8. At first it was just turning on but no action while pressing buttons. I opened the front cover, cleaned it up and readjusted the belt, that fell of. Now When I turn it on, rew & ffwd are working but play and/or record won't. Any ideas, what's wrong with this...
