I'm assuming you're on a 64-bit OS and running 64-bit X3. I had the same problem with 32-bit VSTs. Someone suggested I try jBridge instead of the built-in BitBridge and it worked perfectly. Now I can run any 32-bit plugin in 64-bit Sonar/CBB.
