Cheers mate, I was thinking about a residue free contact cleaner after using a bleeding resistor to drain the caps though having not done this before with a tube amp Im a just earring on the side of caution !
Weell The TSL has been hanging out down in the basement since we moved here and last week the misses had a hissy fit and has decided that all the mold and spiders and other unspeakable things (that live in the basement) needed to be banished from anything that we are going to keep. This meant...
Hope some of this helps...
I record to an empty external HDD. If this is not possible then do your best to de-fragment the internal disk. This will reduce the amount of work your disk has to do during tracking, up your available bit depth, sample rate and track count before maxing your system...
and...... another mention for Big Kenny !
We swapped a Podxt for an SP C3 a while ago. Another great transaction, I really like the C3 !!

this is an excerpt from the platinum voice master pro manual:
Q. Can I take my VoiceMaster Pro with me when I travel internationally?
A. It depends. There are three versions of the VoiceMaster Pro mains transformer. One is suitable for use in North America, one in Japan (both with mains...

how are you clocking everything ?
Have you a choice of clocks you can set as master ?
Is their anything else slaved to the master clock that could be out of synch?
(Clock noise sounds like intermittent rhythmic clicking or "fut" noises)
I have an XT-Live and a Pod pro and love em both. They sit next to a Marshall TSL100 on top of a 4x12. They are different from the Marshall and I'd not part with either !
