It's rare that I get to make covers, but..

Thanks, Lurker.. You remind that I really should post the original too, it's more of a hip hop track, the only thing I really borrowed was the banjo melody, then turned it into semi-orchestral electronica.. It's here..

It's rare that I get to make covers, but..

Here is a cover of a track for the game called Trials Evolution.. You may also call it fan art. It's published non-commercially on YouTube and elsewhere with permission by the original composer, Mike Reagan.

    Broon Smack

Damn creative! Sometimes I wish I still had a SC account so I could follow stuff like this.. Dig the style man. Perhaps a bit too creative for the mainstream broadcast you know, but a truly interesting listening experience. And I'm preeeeetty sure that this was what you were aiming for.

Thanks, you're quite welcome :) I'm no expert on music history either hehe, but music has been made based on the instruments the Romans were known to use and the medieval compositions we still have some annotations of.. So real viking music was probably pretty close to this.. Tons of Roman...

If you know anyone.. Who... (viking music afoot)

Crossover, because yea, highland pipes.. The title, Blood of the Celts.. So yea.. But I have also made one with fiddle once, and you know, fiddle vikings! So it's really just inspired.. The real music these people might have heard would probably be more along the lines of roman music as we know...

If you know anyone.. Who... (viking music afoot)

...happen to know anyone.. Who could use a special king of music, namely viking age inspired music.. In games, in documentaries, TV, radio or alike.. Then please give me a shout, either in this thread or in pm.. I make this kind of ethnic and world inspired music with ancient or rare European...

    Shallow Graves - Rock/Alternative

Listened on a non-monitor system with a subwoofer and satellite speakers. Mix sounded nice and full without anything to really adjust dramatically to my ears, but I mostly make electronic music myself and listen to prog rock when I want this kind of pleasing sound. So no expert! But! Good work!

Nice melodies. Catchy in a laid back way. Why do you call it dub stepper btw?

Hehe, loved this track.. Very pro! Well done. I don't have anything constructive to add here, it was simply to the point.
