Windows 7 does have it, called Stereo Mix, under recording devices...have to right click and check show disabled devices, then you can right click and enable it. As for how to use that directly as an input for your DAW, I haven't figured that out.

Ok, so I got a webhost and setup a site for my mixing/mastering company that I'm starting up. Webhost is paid, but at the moment I have it setup to redirect to a nice looking site I made on wix. I just kinda liked the look I could get on wix better, although I can also easily set something nice...

To those of you who mix/master as a job/business for paying clients...I'm curious what the most common questions you get asked by clients are...the kindof things you could put on a FAQ page besides pricing and how long it takes. Anyone feel free to chime in.

Used Reaper for a long time, currently using ProTools...right now I prefer ProTools. As for choosing between ProTools and Logic, I can't give any suggestions since I've never used Logic.

i agree with all of the above...i know both of these songs, and i think the pitch and tempo of the backing tracks is correct so that's not the issue. Didn't notice too many timing issues...issues I heard were mainly in pitch(being off key) and lack of range...but as everyone else said, those...
