    Strat trem question

This is what I was hoping for when I upgraded the entire trem in my 1980's Korea Squier to a GFS steel block. I used this guide, Fender Support to set it up and it took about a week to bed in with a quite heavy usage of the bar every day and re-tuning and re-checking the set-up but now it's...

    Strat trem question

A nice bone nut and a full size solid steel block would make a helluva difference to that guitar, totally blew myself away when I just made those upgrades myself. I set the trem up for a minor third or 3 semi-tone pull up and I can use it all the way up and down and it stays in tune perfectly,I...

I had a look at Reaper yesterday and I couldn't even see how to import my VST's into it,I ended up un-installing it. I guess this is how it goes with DAW's ,once you get used to one all the others appear very alien, maybe I'll have another look at reaper then, cheers.

Yeah,I'm just stuck on using FL because that's the first one I tried, maybe it's time to switch DAW's now. I think I'll try Reaper.

Thanks for your input,I'm just trying to figure out if it can be done. :) I can drag and drop them onto the sampler then paint them into the sequencer but that means I have to open another sampler for every fill or variation. It's not far off being able to do it,maybe it needs Imageline to do...

Well it says drag and drop is supported for FL on the toontrack site so further investigation is required on my part by the looks of things. :)

Hey, I bought this at the $29 price, couldn't resist really. Anyway,I saw a video demo and the guy dragged and dropped a midi file straight from the ezdrummer midi list into his sequencer,Logic, however when I try and do this in FL Studio it doesn't work. The only way I can see to drag and drop...

Plus,I'm up tight against a wall in a corner here and it's an attic with sloping roofs at both ends so I'm going to need to investigate all that too... It sounds a lot better recording from the middle of the room as opposed to being in a corner funnily enough, sounds better as a stereo track...

Well,I have it.It appears to be working ok recording my voice and acoustic guitar into my DAW. I'm going to have to do some reading up now on how best to use it I guess. Are there any tests I can run on it to check it out?

There's one for sale a few miles from me,I just don't want to make an insultingly low offer which I guess £50 is.

What would be a good price to pay for a used AKG C2000 B then? £50? That mic would be ok to use for miking up a guitar cabinet, what with being a condenser?

    Acoustics

If I can chip in with another question here, what would happen if you took the signal coming from the one mic,the SM57 and split it panning one signal hard right and the other hard left and adding a slight delay to one side? Could you get a workable result doing that or is it more likely you'd...
