PS I have the original DVD with the driver for Mac OS X. I don't know if this will work on my brand new Mac.

Thanks for that,. I should have posted a better explanation. I have GB on my Mac. I comes up no problem. But when I connect my BR 800...there is nothing to show the computer that the machine has connected.Any Mac folk out there?

I have got a sound file from Jamtracks,com . I have used Audacity to convert to a Wav. file. Then put into Sketch on BR800.But it wont play. I have changed the file name to smaller size...still no joy....any ideas? ian

Hi...started using my Boss ME 25 again...still find that when I change parameters...the change doesn't kick in until I roll the rotary control back and forth. Any fixes for this yet? thanks...sorry if wrong forum!

I have an ME-25 effects unit....I like the preset sounds..Does my BR 800 have the same presets?....and..can I transfer them from ME 25 to BR 800? thanks. Ian

Hi...I'm trying to improve my EQ knowledge...the options on the BR800 menu are a bit of a mystery to me!...any comments on general settings to be getting on with?..What should I be doing with say Bass guitar.../ rhythm / lead etc......Any ideas for improvement welcome....Ian

Thanks for the help...I have done the transfer by copying to minidisk ( remember them?)...then recording to BR800.....I will keep trying the usb route...I hate to be beaten!
