My Mix for contest
So happy to be part of this mix contest. Here is my mix. I went for a little different vibe than a lot of other mixes I've heard - big open live rock band sound. After all it was a live performance!

RMS Loudness

Another idea would be to store the dongles inside the computer. You can pick up a USB pci card that has internal usb ports so you can safely keep all your dongles inside. People are also less likely to steal them!
Try writing in pieces. I always have trouble trying to write an entire song in one sitting. Record a bunch of ideas, sleep on it, and take a listen to it in the morning. You might hear something that was missing before...
Runs Great! The phase accurate multitrack editing is reason enough to get the new version. I've been very happy so far! I run it on XP SP3 with RME Fireface...

Send an aux to a limiter and smash the hell out of it. Then put a deesser on it to kill some of the highs. If you don't have a de esser then you can probably just use a high shelf eq and drop the highs down about 5-8 db starting from about 4k. You can also run another aux to a distortion...
