    Tech 21 SansAmp - Direct box/preamp?

    Hi, I'm thinking about buying a Tech 21 Classic Sansamp for direct recording on my computer. I need to buy a direct box/preamp to convert my mic level stuff (mic, elec. guitar amp line out) to line level to get a useable signal into my computer. Does anyone know if the Sansamp will do this for me?
