tighten the snare wires? It's probably too loose. Tighten it a little bit. I had a problem with tightening mine so I duct tape the near end of the snares down..That baby shut it's mouth up.

the 990 is very sensitive. you sing too high (in terms of pitch) and it could sound bad. It also depends how far you sing in the mic. Pop filters help though. I think I read somewhere that the 990 is almost the same as the 603? :confused: :confused: If that's so...then how could it possibly...

get new strings for em...i only lube my guitars when I need to (which is every day) I'm one of those MADLY-ACIDIC-Hand people.. I change my strings once every week and a half...because my acidic hands are just so extreme...the Finger Ease lube will only make it "lubey" for a short period of...
