No custom settings. The unit is somewhat new to me. The patches have never worked. It doesn't say anything about a factory reset in the manual. Any idea how to do that?
now that you mention it, I think it is the stereo ones that are not working, just the voice altering ones. I've got it in my rack through the patch bay. Single input to stereo l/r outputs. Do they need special cabling?
I've got a rack mount Voiceworks that wont play certain fx. I get a signal when I push bypass but on about half of the patches there is no signal output when the fx is engaged. Any ideas?
Hey all. Trying to decide what to do next on my Amek Tac scorpion project. I have rebuilt/recapped the main output channel, recapped and modded 10 channels with Langley pres. Now I'm trying to decide whether to recap the 14 remaining input channels (no preamp mod) or recap/rebuild the power...
Call Soren Withrop at CS electronics about the extender. he could probably make you one. He's an ex Otari tech and has lots of parts. tell him Ken in Cleveland recommended him. Also, Terry is definitely the guy for pinch rollers. You can find both of them on the interwebs.
That's exactly how it works. Generation loss depends on your equipment but shouldn't be bad. You do have to plan ahead because what you mixed to stereo and back to the multi-track it can't be changed.
I have the Furman and like it. The amp IS only 20 watts. While this is plenty for the headphones I use it to power some bookshelf speakers in my live (not control) room for reference. it would never power speakers for mixing or monitoring.
