    Copyrighting - Some issues

Registering, gives you government laws that can back you in court if someone tries to infrindge. Now if you don't register, you would have a hard time fighting in court that the material actually belongs to you. Copyrighting a CD full of songs does not copyright each song. And in the U.S...

    Recording as a career?

I don't know about you, but I rather record on a Neve than a Behringer. Or tweek the dials of a LA2A than a Presonus lol. Everyone pretty much hit it on the spot. Its just a business as any other businesses. You'll have every position available, just at the end, a different product.

    Thinking of buying new moniters....

When your mixing, the main factor is to mix it for all sound systems including mono. So, then you need to think.. 1. Why would you mix something with exagerated lows? - remember all sound systems do not have 12" woofers 2. Mixing in Surround will cause problems later on in many different...

Mindset Music Group's & My first Copyright Infringment Case

intunes or cd replication or both

Both Like B said, people like to hold a product. The industry itself, a different story. Single songs = lesser $ in recording budgets = lesser production cost = lesser manufacturing costs = larger profit margin.

Actually, you'll be suprised. Services like that are considered very valuable. Companies like ours, have no time or no in house graphic artists or designers. Is a ticket printing service requred?

We've used to rely on the venue for tickets, but designs are usually sub-par. So we've designed our own tickets, and cut many problems out.
