My TC M-One is great for the cost. I enjoy it very much. But I have never used a Lexicon. The alesis stuff I have used was kinda crappy to my ears. It was a NanoVerb tho.

Ehhhh yeah you can do good things with cheaper stuff. Just spend the money wisely. That price range I am not really up on. Why don't you post up in the rack section and see if you get some better reply's..

I would luv to be on this. Don't get me wrong. But my teammate who made the beats pretty much sampled everything from drums to the melodies etc etc. the old fashioned way I guess. We would have to get permission from a lot of people I would have no idea how to contact and even then I wouldn't...

Just to add. You may wanna check around for some cheapy direct drives and forsake the belts. Easy test to see if your platter is warped is to just push on one end. Does it move down? If the answer is yes, its warped. Not much to do but learn to live with it.

I got a quick question for anyone here. I noticed that URP seems really strict about sample clearance. If I am only pressing a hundred records it seems basically pointless to clear the sample. There is no way I am going to recoup that money. Are all places so strict. I know the arguements...

ewwww...platters that are warped a little suck balls. Your gonna have to be real slick wit them. My buddy started off with some real ghetto belt drives and got the most out of those before grabbin some 1200's...My only advice is to scratch gently.

If you want to format thats the easiest way. I had this problem like a month ago and thats exactly what I did. Then when its re-formatted just run your maxblast for the drive and partition again.

The twin servo looks nice due to the fact you can add to it. I was likin that aspect a lot. Wish I had the coin to grab all three and the designs one too. Haha ohhh only in utopia. Geoff
