Whats up Shana...
I give guitar lesson for my milk and bread. Usually I'll charge $15 a half hour.... $20 or $25 for an hour. Some gengeral guidlines i follow:
- rarely give hour lessons... most (young) students cant sit still that long.(first grade teachers probably know that...
Thnx 4 check'n it out!!

thnx for the encouragement & tips! I'm glad you pointed out the muffled vocal... it was really crazy tring to pitch shift using formants... (any formant experiences/tips?), get enough level, and not clip on the T's and P's.(maybe..a pop-screen would help)...
Maybe
This is just a stab in the dark....
It sounds like it could be Buffer settings and it probably is but make sure
- you have the most updated drivers for your soundcard
- you defrag you hard disk often.... (as often as you can stand it)
- that you have set your vcache to 15-25% of you...
Thnx.... you made my day.
I just wanted to say thanks and stuff.... there are so many times i try to reach out and hear someone else's opinion and get NO feedback.... this is great.
i've been tring to learn anything i can about compression and good mixing approaches. I've also been tring to do...

Now to my point....

Whazzup..... I'm still pretty new to the on-line scene and would like to know what my fellow H.R.com users think about the songs I have posted.
I'm in limbo when it comes to a style.... I just follow the mood and end up w/ something different each time....
Any response would be great...
I agree w/ G.H. You can get a digital 8-track called the BR-8 from Boss for roughly the same amount as a high quality 4-track.
Thats twice the tracks, on-board effects, midi controllable, analog and digital outs, etc...etc...
I think that you might be able to find some info on te BR-8 @...
If I'm thinking correctly... (which sometimes is a problem)... then you are using the CD mod inside of the VST program. If thats the case then the best tip I can give you would be to use a program called audio grabber instead of VST.
VST is really not designed to rip CDs.... it is Virtual...
