I've got a used Soundcraft Ghost 24 channel board for sale. It's been well taken care of and is the version with the mute automation on it. Channels 1-3 need a little work on their mic pres (line-in's work great) and I have a new Control Room knob for it. Great sounding board - very clean...

I think that with the DMP3 and the RNP that you have a couple of decent preamps and you need to update your mic. Get something of good quality and that is versatile...something that you wouldn't sell even if you upgraded to really nice mics later. My suggestions are AT4040, AT4047, AT4050...
