And this is exactly why you get loud p's (I said piss ;)) in your vocals. Micing angles are the only thing you can rid of the p and s without using EQ's or de essers. And imo it's not very smart to put a LD mic so close to the singer thet a loud P bottoms it out. And if the P is making your...

Try different mic positions. You get more sssss if you sing directly into the mic. Keijo

95% of metal vocals are done by the singers. No FX no BS. Sometimes they use some distortion or lofi, but that sounds different. Practice!!!!! :) Keijo
