    Behringer c-2 or Rode nt5?

    The NT5s sound great.. I love them as room mics for drums, they are ok as over heads. sound good on strings, high hats or ride cymbals great as a spaced pair on a acoustic guitar

    I currently own a 421, a D112 a beta52 and a D6 They all have their purpose and place on different drums If i'm shooting for more boom I'll use more of the 52in the mix, The d112 i always thought was tight and allowed me to hear the wood of the drum the D6 doesn't thrill me much, I think...

    I'd also go with JJ Tesla 6l6/5881s if this was a EL 84 amp, i'd go with the groove tubes. The JJ Tesla 6l6's I'm running in my 900 right now sound fantastic.
