That's a small price difference and for those applications it's preference...can you A/B them?? Now if you want to throw it in front of a cranked guitar amp that's another story...the 4033 can accept about 155dB before it distorts. :) check out the AT site...

Hey Speedy...... What are you using the mics for?? For vocals I hear the C1 is excellent in it's price range. If you want a more multi-pupose condenser check out the 4033. I have it and love it... Jus' my 2 cents...
