I don't really have a budget... its more of me not wanting to just go out and spend $150 on a mic unless it is really worth it. It would be hard for me to spend that much on just a mic, unless I had intentions of recording for other people, which I don't. =D I am going to check those mics out...

Ok.... So I pretty much figured out on NOT buying the AudioBuddy preamp thing. I will be going with the DMP3. Misewell work and extra night or two and buy something a lot better than go with the AudioBuddy. I am looking for a good mic to record acoustic guitar... Any suggestions?

Izotope Trash. I have that one.. with a ton of plugins. I don't really like using them though.. they don't have a great sound, but decent. I prefer just micing an amp or using a digital effects pedal.

Ok. I am also venturing into the world of home recording. For now, and for a while, I only plan on recording bass, guitar, and voice. No drums.. that would require me to do a lot of construction work at the house. =D I have searched around on the forums and have read posts from 2003 to 2007...
