Bonzo Read "Hammer Of The God's". He lined the inside of his BD with foil. Also, I think he used MS1 marching sticks or something like that. :)

D112 I was wondering where the best mic placement for the D112 is verses the B52? I like to have my D112 inside the bass a little bit, centered.

Kansas had a nice tom break on Lightnings Hand. On the Point of no return album. I also liked Anders Johanson's solo on Yngwie Malmsteen Live in tokyo. He had a triggered/compressed type of toms.
