It's Mesa Boogie Mark IV, and apparently it is a self biasing amp. The tubes i was looking at are sold allready. I will just buy 2 matched pairs from Mesa website. Thanks though, everyone.

just wondering if anyone knows how deep a BBE sonic maximizer would be.... I have 22" 4 space rack (with front and back covers on). think this is too big/deep? I'm just starting my rackmount setup.

well, actually, the Mark IV has needed some work. I got it from Ebay, and when it arrived, all 4 6l6 tubes were broken inside and a few of the knobs for equilization dont work/are scratchy. It allready has a 5 band EQ, so I'm not too worried about getting an EQ right now but my sonic maximizer...

check out some Lamb of God. They use Mesa Boogie Mark IV's and their tone is awesome.
