Ok, I just finished a new mix and uploaded it to Soundcloud. I did some changed to Rhodes (level, pan/tremelo), organ (narrower stereo image), synth bass (comp, HP eq), some other minor changes on gtr, synths.... Here's a link https://soundcloud.com/splproject/this-night

Thanks wjgypsy. I'll check what I can do to the bass(es). There are 2 different bass lines (4 diff bass sounds) and I already tried to cut that synth bass but I didn't like the results. Let see what I can do.

Are we talking about that rhodes effect throught the song ( which I already fixed) or organ rotary effect? Everything can be automated.

Thanks again Mickster. I tried to fix all those things that were mentioned here, tremolo/panning on rhodes + I did a lot of HP's on rhodes, voc level / precense, hmm.. something else - can't remember:). I noticed that organ thing as well but was too lazy to fix it. Will fix it soon. And thank...

HI everyone and thank you for the excellent comments. I just made a few changes to the mix based on your comments. It was a quick and dirty fix, I didn't use any reference track so I really don't know whether it's better or not..... This is a link to the new mix...

Ok, that 4th chord is Bb7add9/D and it should fit well with the other chords in verse / intro:). But I wonder how anyone hasn't mention anything about the chords in chorus as they goes like Bbmaj7b5, Abmaj7b5 ....:)

Ok, so you mean that Rhodes sound (omnisphere) it's got the tremolo. The preset sound has a strong tremolo, I lowered it but the effect may be still too strong.

And I'm not a jazz musician:). But you got me curious. Fourth chord vs the lead synth notes?
