I didn't bother with software, don't really have the time to get my head around another programme, just got some samples and did it by hand and used quite a bit of copy and paste :)

NO idea really, but in reply to what Greg_L said I disagree. I think if there's just a guitar solo going over a backing track playing the same 4 chords for like a minute then it is too long, but if you actually mix it up a lot then it adds a whole different thing to a song

this is very likely a stupid question, but just as precaution and it being better to be safe than sorry, it won't affect the amp overheating or anything if I stack another amp a similar size on top of it will it?

no it's not, probably the last thing I'll record on the mg50fx, the solo stuff in this will be on the new though :) yeah no all I did was put some samples in just in this section quickly for the purpose of putting it up. Other than that do you mean the drum sounds or the drum playing?

seems so simple! but what if you're daw changes what it says when you plug two in? so like if you have one plugged in then it doesn't give you the option to more than one, but if you plug two in then it does give you the option to use more than one? if that makes sense

I record with 1 es57 (57 copy) placed at about a 45 degree angle onto the cone and then double track the guitars and pan them left and right (varies how far) and I am very happy with the results!
