In retrospect, my first reply really seemed a little terse, and did not fully address your post in depth. After further thought, I shall reply thusly (notwithstanding ad hominums):
Ah, you speak with the wisdom of experience, and yet, I must question your premise.
You suggest that one should...

Well, thank you for your sage advice. Since your advice is "Free", I am "Free" to ignore it.
Which I shall.
From Chatgpt:
Yes, Class B tube output circuits do exhibit crossover distortion, which is a common characteristic of Class B amplifier designs. Here's why:

In a Class B amplifier, the output signal is handled by two active devices...
Well, that's 9 minutes of my life that I will never get back. It seems pretty obvious from the clip that the "Bright" and "Deep" switches are nothing more than hi and low pass filters.
Totally agree with @TalismanRich. The 12AX7 also does double duty (V1-A and V1-B).
They're not a lot of $$$. I'm surprised your tech didn't go the the front end first.
EDIT: In all my years in electronics, the chances of the problem being a passive component (R, C, L) are miniscule if there is...
Did they look at the front end? I looked at the schematic, and there is as 12AX7 in the front end. If that's leaky, that will surely show up in the output. I'm no tube genius, but for a few buck I would look there. @ecc83 is the tube guru. I would check with him.
Sounds silly, but if you had a...
Mic Video
I know nothing about lav mics. But I do know something about RF and RF interference. I won't question whether what you are hearing is "white noise" or some other noise source. I would though, point you to this video.
I cannot tell you how many times I have been fooled into looking...
This is good advice.
Also, your screen shot of the .cda files shows that each file is 1kB. That ain't right.
Moreover, the CUE/BIN format is not a recognized format for playing. Here's a link that explains that:
CUE/BIN
Let's parse this out.
Recording the finger picking acoustic requires a large dynamic range. Forgetting compression (which can come later) think of your recording in terms of "average" rather than peak. Peaks can be dialed back, but if your losing the "meat" of your picking, you will be hard...
I think @Dusty Ol' Bones is spot on. We have not only lost the OP's question, but have descended into a very bad, ugly place.
It would be nice if we were to reset, back off the ad hominem attacks, and answer Dusty's question.
We can start another thread where we can all beat the crap out of...
I really have lost touch with OP's question in the original post. It's a basic question. Maybe it would make more sense to look at it backwards. It should be quite easy to mix guitar and vocals AFTER they have been recorded. If they have both been recorded at the same level, and on different...
