i dont know if I fully understand it, but you should be able to hear the channels with input selected as rmx plus the other two aux channels... or not? just tying to help....

Stand up, lights down, have fun, maybe a few beers and try to record a few takes without headphones, singing louder than before, into some kind of SM57 and against the monitors. Don't be afraid about leakage and all that shit. You should find your limits sooner or later... :) sometimes it works.

hello, just an idea, but you need a few seconds before and after the take. You could record, lets say three or four clicks on ALL tracks, at the same time before and after, to use it as reference. Having the four tracks later on Audacity should be easy to align... like this...
