This is a very low budget for 7 mics. You're better off if you buy a good snare and a good bass mic + a pair of overheads to pick up both toms and cymbals. Hi, well, I doubt if you'll get a very professional result. But give it a go, see how you like it! Record a track with the Zoom and one without, see what you like best. You might want to think about putting some money aside for something better though. We all had to start somewhere...

I've got a couple of Behringer things; Edison, V-Verb, HA, pair of ECM 8000's, Space C pedal. We just thought it was hilarious we found a use for this chewed up mic, but we'll be moving on to a regular slide next rehearsal. ;)
