In fact, my primary tool for deciding if an audio product is good, is reading the specs. Then checking schematics and assessing the quality of the engineering that took part. Then inspect the parts used. Then I finally give it a go to hear how it sounds, but ears are about the worst intruments...

You have room to push it much more. But there are some problems with your mix...the worst being that the bass is MUCH too loud. This doesn't help if you want to push the levels to the top.

Really,your best bet is to have them check out your unit and fix it if needed. If they claim your unit is fine and has no defect, then I would write a nice letter to them, explaining the noise levels are unnacceptable.
