The ur22 only does one stereo in and out. It will not pass all the channels from the other mixer. Sell both and get ONE interface with more ins and outs if that's what you need. (and don't buy equipment your computer doesn't have ports for next time...)

Dont hold your breath on that. There is only 1 or 2 (very) expensive usb3 interfaces and usb2 is good up through a couple of dozen simultaneous channels. The manufacturers are not going to spend the money.

first thing: are you getting midi into Reaper? you have to go into preferences to turn on the usb midi port. next, what's it not doing? Remember that midi is ONLY performance info and not sound. You wont get sound out unless you have a vsti on the midi to make sound. We need more info as to...
