Again, this is called "home recording"
Everyone who's advice consists of paying a professional should really take some quiet time and figure out why you are here. Advice is good, but useful advice is always more helpful
Peace, I'm out
You should definately use cd baby. They have a long standing reputation for giving a lot back to the music community. They donate money constantly to help musicians and they personally listen to every cd that comes their way. Great Company!
What the Hell is an SG?
My personal 2 cents...
If you want a Les Paul then for god's sake don't go out and by an SG man, you will never forgive yourself.
Not that there is anything wrong with an SG, but if you have your heart set on a Paul then don't stray.
I bought a Les Paul Custom on...
Brother I am here to tell you that what you want to do is no walk in the park, but with lots of time in the ol' edit window you'll be able to do this easily.

I am sorry did I miss something? You seem to say that elixer is compromising sound over cost? They are one of the most expensive strings on the market! They ain't cheap in sound and they sure as hell ain't cheap in cost

Don't use any plug-ins on your master fader> NOTHING, NADA
Group all of your faders togerther when you have your mix finished. Take the master fader down about -5 or so to leave you some headroom on the other side (since you grouped all of the faders should move down with master).
You will...
