New Track - Kinda weird Orchestral Prog

Described in detail here. Good overview in this video. Vocals are covered at 1:20. Once you hear it you'll recognize it and it then it will likely wind up as a standard addition to your vocal chain :p

New Track - Kinda weird Orchestral Prog

Maybe try raising the vocal level to sit slightly out front of the instruments and use the Dolby Type A trick on the vocals to add that extra something.

    Rise Up - Original

Cool tune. The switch at 2:20 is brilliant. Consider lowering the level on the hi-hat and you may want to cycle thru a few different options to find one that is less abrasive. Also consider dropping the level on the kick just a tad, and EQ out some low mids to remove the boxy-ness.

    "Poppin' tight" - final mix

Nice! This is the best mix of that I've heard from you yet. Snare sounds good. Hihat and other cymbals are very nicely treated. Sounds like a real record. Congrats!

    Long Way Down

The nature of the riff has nothing to do with flubby bass. Check out Stevie Ray Vaughan's 'Life Without You' to see what I mean. Plugin Alliance has their $25/mo. subscription service and they have an amazing 1073 and 1176 and Waves has their LA2A on sale right now for $36.

    "Insignificant" (final mix)

Cycle through some hihats and find one that is a tad softer. All of the cymbals, really. The snare needs to be replaced with something that has more crack, less piercing snares, and more size. Soften the intro a smidge after the hihat count-in, the abrupt volume change is more startling in a...

    Long Way Down

To start: -Change the kick to one that punches along with the bass. (listen to Eric Clapton's most recent LP 'I Still Do' to see a recent example of how the master Glyn Johns does it) -Change the snare to something that cuts through the mix better -Tighten up the rhythm acoustic guitar playing...

Covid Quarantine Cover - Radiohead's Myxomatosis

I would bring the music level down a bit (try 0.3 dB). keep vocals where they are. also the cymbals at 00:38, 2:43, and the outro's 3:31, 3:33, 3:36, and i think one at 3:38 are pretty shrill.

"May" -- New Song..please need feedback on Mix thanks!

The oscillating guitar on the right needs to be brought way down in the mix. It makes the song unlistenable. Also you need to de-ess at 00:44
