I'm tryna decide if I should go for these kinds of corner traps (triangular), or superchunks going along the top half of the wall (above the bed), or horizontally wall to wall, where ceiling meets wall. This is for the back wall facing my back.

You covered foam but not over rockwool, egg crate not meaning egg boxes but the foam. Egg crate foam soundproofing - best soundproofing.
