hey, welcome to the board! well first off, you could just plug the guitar right in but I would recomend mic'ing the guitar amp. also, you can use headphones instead of monitors. hope I helped. -conor-

I am no VF160 master because I've only had it for a short while but, what billisa said was right. I am guessing your VF doesn't have the built in cd burner? If it does just use that, otherwise after you get it onto the computer burn it from there. I honestly don't know how to get it onto the...

Someone told me to get the Countryman Di box to record bass on my budget and still ahve a good sound. My first question is what does a di box do? Secondly, what do you have to say about this equipment and if you don't like it what do you recomend that is aroudn the same price? thanks -conor

well accually I already have a drum kit(pacific made by DW). I just wanted the drum machine to fool around with and get the sound a wanted.

haha yah it doesnt matter to much if it sounds like the postal service... that was just kind of an example.... i dont know, well anyway, i decided i am not gonna buy a drum machine. i am gonan buy some better mics instead.
