the music isn't bad at all at the beginning. the production is simple but ok.
those vocals suck tho. the melody and the overdone accent are stupid.
those distorted guitars are boring as fuck and don't do the rest of the song justice.
the lead guitar near the end is silly as well.
all in...
i bought an LL16 on monday.
after playing a number of mid end acoustics in the same price range the LL16 was the best of the bunch. i restrung it with a set of phosphor bronze 11s as soon as i got home.
it's great. it has a bell like sound just like a piano.
i'm in germany. but trust me, the packaging is made for oversea trips.
they put the original cardboard package of the tele, which came in a gigbag, in an additional bigger box with lots of foam protectors.
after some reading on hr.com i came to the conclusion that the bx5a monitor that i'm getting for x-mas from my parents needs a subwoofer to support the lows that it's lacking.
here's my question:
does the bx5a require an m-audio sub or any other specific sub?
any recommendations? i really...
those are all great mics. i'd use the ntk as a mono overhead the sm57 on snare and the sm58 on bass drum with some heavy eqing. pl80 could be used as a hihat mic if placed correctly.
i can't imagine that a high quality A/D converter and a decent pre-amp fit in such a small mic.
also, where is the gain control on this thing? software?
i only listened to pull the trigger which i didnt like at all.
the distorted guitars sound cheap (v-amp???). the melody is boring and too repetitive. the whole thing sounds too much like starsailor or some other british semi alternative band.
