    i have a guitar with single coil pickups and i love the sound and i'm not willing to replace them by humbuckers. it's a jazzmaster. they are humming like hell when i play/record infront of my big fat screen. i was thinking about getting a nice TFT flat screen. do they cause any humming?

    check out the AKG K 271 Studio. this most probably what you need. it's got a frequency response of 16-28K Hz which is gooood. also, the AGK K series phones are knows for their accurate sound.
