I totally agree with everything you've said so far. :) Let's put it this way. It's easy to create A design.. but it's not easy to create a GOOD design, something that's engaging, complements the music on the record, something that stands alone as a piece of art even if the CD didn't exist...

while all of the advice is good, this is probably the most realistic, and most common way to get a large crowd. Do this over time (it's not going to happen over night) and you'll be exposed to a larger ammount of people, for what that's worth. If they like what you do, you'll make lots of fans...

haha yes. I agree with you. It's in need of it badly. I see all kinds of really well made songs in the reject bin simply because of the genre not being of the reviewers liking... it's hard to get objective reviews (which is what the site says it's for) if you get some emo fan just rejecting...
