Sounded alright to me.... Esp. with the low and Hi pass filters... Maybe a little less gain. You're not hearing any phase issues?

no. As I had mentioned in a previous post, I was using an instrument cables that had a bad connection in it somewhere so I wasn't getting any sound at all. I bought a proper speaker cable, fired up my amp and plugged in my new guitar.

actually now that I go back and listen to it, I can tell the my tone is definitely improving. :) But still, it sounds like there are some phase issues going on or something... Maybe it's just me?

Ya it doesn't sound bad, but you should hear it without any eq or anything. And I didn't do anything to the stereo image, I just opened up reaper, armed the track and hit record. The only kind of processing done at all was high and low pass filters.
