well say if i use a rode nt1a to record vocals, but then i set the modeler to neumann. its gotta make it at least a little better, right? even if its not right on...it cant make it worse...correct? or no...?

wow, if i got that i'd be the happiest man on earth!!!! i'd have to agree with Neil...just keep it and save up for a bigger mixer or more pre-amps. right off the bat, u already have 4 preamps...u can record drums with that.

only a few months...i think i bought mine in about may/june. yea i had the cables checked. and with my power cable, whenever i plug it into the m-audio, it never usually went all the way in...it had a tiny bit still out, and u couldnt push it in any more, and it worked fine. mayeb the power...

i also tried putting the soundcard all into another computer...and still, no power to the break out box. now i got the host cable and power cable for the break out box checked, and they seemed to be working fine. now what???

yea it does...when i try to play something, the meters are moving around jus liek it was working normal...but no sound...the break out box is off... the 1010 usually turns on with the computer (as u kno) but its not at all now..

thanks...ill try that, but it has been working all perfectly fine until i opened up my computer 2day...n the pci card is workign fine...but normally how my card works is that it turns on when the computer turns on. but its not now... but yea, ill try that, thanks

anyone kno what to do? heres the story: i was opening up my computer to check to see what kind of memory i have (to upgrade or watever). so yea, i plug everything back in...n then my break out box on my delta 1010 doesnt turn on. so i check everything, open it back up, even switch pci slots...

yea, what i did was have 2 different compressors on the bass drum , and then i sent the toms, snare, n bass drum to an aux where it went thru another compressor.. so how would i fix this..? wat should i kick back on?

uhh yea...ha its not my song man, its the band im recording but yea, so what u think of the mix tho?
