    let me see your studio!

    I have the whole back wall full of bookshelves and books, they act as great diffusers. Plus a pretty high ceiling that slants down.

    Mic Pre, Compressors, EQ Question

    24bit/96khz is a sample rate. I dont think digital can ever get close to what analog sounds like. First of all Analog means infinitely divisible, it is continuous. It in all intensive purposes has infinite resolution. Plus Analog has many coloration aspects that digital doesnt have. Digital is...

    The Fools You Bet On

    Beautiful song, i think a nice balance, i think there are some timing issues with some of the strumming, and the electric lick pop out a bit too much, like rayc said. Nice job

    Close To You

    Thanks for the feedback. The vocals are a scratch as i said before, just giving an outline. But yes the vox do need to take command in this song. Put out the energy.

    Close To You

    A work in progress. The vox are a scratch. The nylon is a sketch, some drum sections need to be tightened but its coming along. The tom mics are off in this mix down. Everything done with the zoom h4n into cubase. Drums done with the h4n in 4 channel mode along side with a tascam 22-2(tape) for...
