    Bass Ideas?

    I've been doing a lot of studio work and the best engineer I know told me that for the best all around tone without a lot of tweaking is the Fender Jazz bass. Will cover everything from Rock to Country to funk.

    Thanx, I kind of thought u could but havent tried it yet....Also thought about loading one track at a time on to n-trax. About the Used DMT-8, I have seen several on E-bay the last few weeks. They were used and from $600 up. A lot cheaper than I paid

    backing up tracks to computer

    I have a Fostex DMT-8 dig. recorder and I was wandering if there was any software I could use to backup the tracks to my computer to be uploaded back. I'm trying to avoid buying a dat.......Thanx for the help
