    Here's a shot of my living room. Note the hand painted mural on the wall. This was modeled after an actual ruin outside of Tuscany.

    Here's a close-up of the front doors: You can't see it in that picture, but that barelled ceiling is faux-painted to look like plaster cracking off of bricks, with water stains on the plaster. Very cool the way it was done.

    That's a good question! The front doors are modeled after the gates of Italian vineyard. Throughout the house there is a motif of vineyards, grapes, grape leaves and grapevines, as well as acanthus leafs. I guess I would say it has Tuscan influences. Here's how it looks from the street:

    I live in Lakeway. Which is actually a city. Back in the day, when I first moved to Austin, Lakeway was a little subdivision. But, yeah, it can be expensive I guess. Its not like, say, San Francisco though. :p

    My piano movers are amazing!! I call them "My" piano movers because, they are the ONLY ones I'll use. Its a group here in Austin called Cobra Piano Movers". They first had to get that 7'-2" Grand down here: (Of course, at the time, there was no ice on the stairs. :p

    Can I use anything other than rigid fiberglass?

    You can also use the rigid fiberglass that they use to make AC Return air vents from. I think its quite a bit cheaper than 703 too.
