A guitar amp at the moment. Happend with just an acoustic. It's the same guitar, (It's an electro acoustic) so most likely my playing. Cables new, seems to be alright. And the stands fine. So I think it's probaly my playing style (Style? Bad habits more like) or something like a compressor on it?

Hey, Noiticed that my SM57 seems to swell in volume. I set the levels, then it will dip, rise, and go back to normal when playing. Not sure if it's just my ears, anyone think of a reason it could be happening?

Ah, exactly what I have. I think it could be my PC. More optomised for gaming than audio :rolleyes: I'll do a few fixes, see if it helps. And yeah, it did seem louder in my 'phones :p Thanks for helping a noob out man :)
