As in clarity. The second clip is better than the first, but still could use a little more. I'm not a fan of "exciting" per say, but yea I think you get the message. Reminds me of a loud concert with ear plugs in. (ok, thats an exageration, but I'm just trying to make a point. :) )

Excellent song. Is this an original song? IMO the mix is a little dense making it hard to hear everything. The riffs and leads are kick ass but it just sounds like things are a little too compressed maybe? Great Bonham sounding drums!

Great groove!!! I love the licks and fills. The vox don't seem to sit very well. I like them, I just think they need sit a little better. Maybe some overall automation? I dunno, I suck a mixing vocals though. Great tune, I liked it alot. Fun to shake my ass to.:eek:

+1, its a nice all around pedal. Even the stock DS-1 is a good (cheap) pedal. For pricier, I'd go with an Emma Reezafratzitz. I've gone through piles of pedals for distortion and this is my goto pedal for Foo Fighters-ish crunch. (as a backup, I usually use my tube amp distortion.) For Fuzz...

Voxengo Plug ins Anyone use any of these. I've tried out some of their demos and they seem to be excellent. The Elephant limiter is awesome.
