i only play acoustic..13's on my yamaha and seagull....12's on my taylor..i like them all to be around 3/16"-1/8" or so at the 12th fret (I'm estimating this with a ruler at work since I'm not home and near my guitars)...is that high or medium or what? I play percussive jazz-funk so it works...

also, if you're in windows, you can get the power toys "send-to" extensions... to use: open up explorer, navigate to a directory, select all the files and right-click, select "send-to clipboard as name". then paste that into any text or word processing program...

for recording 2 tracks at once (either dual source on acoustic guitar or guitar and voice in fig. 8). i was thinking of getting the audiobuddy preamp (or maybe a mixer..dunno yet..) and either an audiophile 2496 or an echo mia. (or another decent 2-in card)... the audiophile has rca connectors...

i'll just chime in to say that my drummer and I are using the aw16g to do our band demo. so far so good. we've had the best luck tracking with the aw16g (mainly because of mobility and the having all the tracks for drums), backing up the tracks to CD, loading it into the computer (n-track right...

muskgrave, at what resolution do you print your labels? 300dpi? 600? do you use a laser printer or inkjet? thanks.. ps: PS7 has the new vector shapes and text, but when i print the file it rasterizes the shapes...this is not a big deal if i print at least 300dpi..
