    I just picked up a pair of Sony c 22 fet condenser mics.....anyone know anything about them?....I believe that they are "battery only" and won't work with phantom power, but I haven't yet tested that....seems that they might be a good acoustic guitar pair.....although I'm pretty fond of ecm...

    I have to agree with nukeitout....I like the AKG Perception 200 for vocals.....I wouldn't go with the 100, since I occasionally use the low filter when using it for acoustic guitar....

    Possible to mix from tape to digital DP-01FX?

    there's no reason not to record your final mix on your tascam....I've used the 1/4" inputs on my DP-01FXCD to convert old recordings directly from the outputs of a teac 3340s....I've also digitized some vinal lp's by plugging low level outputs of my receiver right into those 1/4" inputs....
