Does it let you continue when you get that message? What OS do you have, I have the FTP but I'm using it with a mac. I can find the settings, or at least it tells me what the settings are. Look to see what you can find.
I was thinking things like PUP's (piezo, synth, mag), you've got more bridge option (i think), electronics.
Of course I've never built a guitar so I'm totally talking out of my ass.
So can you narrow it down.
Is the signal going from out 4 into the TC?
Is the stereo signal coming back?
Can you see the pre (in 15) and post (in 7&8) levels in the FS mixer?
If so, what are you recording this into? are all the ins and outs configured properly in the recording software...
I've got cubase on a Mac as well as windows and when you have the program open you can't even tell the difference. If your gonna blow a bunch of money on a mac don't do it for recording.
The FS has software that lets you route pretty much anything anywhere. So For the main outs I've created a mix in the FS software and routed it to mains which is connected to the MIX A input of the HP60. Then I have a click going to MIX B on the HP60. Each channel on the HP60 lets you mix A&B...
But that's the way it's supposed to work. Otherwise everyone else would lose the bass. I should point out that in this situation I wasn't recording so the mix and the instrument are all going direct. In my mind the latency should be the same. Just seams like there should be some sort of...
I should also add that there shouldn't be a need to screw with the windows sound settings. I just plug mine in, turn it on and select it as the ASIO device in cubase.
Also, I find it odd that the one window that lists all of the ins and outs shows the 2 outs as inactive yet you have them set up...
Stay out of that VST System link settings page. Change that ASIO input to not connected and uncheck the active checkbox. Now show us your input tab on the VST Connections window.
