Ok- I am definitely confused then about what you are trying to do here. I am not sure the Main Out to Mic will help. If you are dumping your computer signal from it's line out, into the mixer via dual 1/4" on 4/5, how are you routing signal TO the computer for discord or OBS, as MJ and ECC...

Sounds like a feedback loop. From your description, it appears you have your set up in a PA format. When you use headphones to monitor your sound, instead of through the live speakers, do you still get the ringing? Dale
