i have one of those 50 watt vox valvetronics amps and i love it. i love it even more when i put my gretsch short scale bass through it with a little distortion and delay. problem is, whenever i put the wattage up a little, everything sounds like its gonna blow up which i think is bad. so the...

i want to add a little synths or organs to my band and i was just curious whats the best way about doing it ? would i follow the bass or guitar? or just get the basic jist of the notes and jump around on the keyboard? suggestions on how you guys do it would be great. thanks.
