How did I not think of that, man? That seems pretty good, thanks. Any other suggestions?

    About to buy...

Understandable, man. What I was sayin' is that it just seems many people in the whole recording world aren't looking at the music anymore; its about what people here say: trying to polish turds, and what it seems Eddie Kramer is just holdin' on to his traditional (better), rock 'n roll...

    About to buy...

Considering that I am going to do mostly Ac. Guitar, El. Guitar and piano right now (drums/vocals probs in the future), would the one KSM44 be a better fit? I really wanted to get into stereo recording, and two of the same mic seems pretty necessary. Has anyone compared the AT4050 and the...

    Workhorse LDC

Thanks Guys, Would it be better to go with one AT4050, KSM44, or C 414 or two AT4040s, NT1000s, or M179s? If I were to go with the 4050, 44, or 414, would it be worth it to save up and buy another? For one more possibility; is the KSM32 a good use of $500 for these purposes?

    Workhorse LDC

I am coming up on buying a Digi002, monitors (another thread maybe), and some LDC's. It would be qwyght good if these LDC's could do many things pretty well but also need to be on a budget. I already have an SM57 and Okctava MK012, and I want to record a Martin D-15, an Epiphone LP Standard...
