    Funky sounding pedals? Suggestions?

Congrats? haha. Thanks I suppose. I just want some wicked sounds. Those metasonixx just look ridiculous... And also the octave fuzz thingy you mentioned...sounds cool, but I really don't need another fuzz. If I'm going to buy something new, I want it to be new. Know what I mean? The Shiva can...

    Funky sounding pedals? Suggestions?

I'm looking for some pedals to get some really funky sounds. Filters seem like a good bet for funky sounds. Anyone know of any good ones? Budget is anything $200 and under. Yes, $200 is the absolute max. Considering I just bought a $180 boutique fuzz pedal...Which TOTALLY kicks ass by the way...

    2x12 cabinet conversion to 2 1x12 cabinets...

I have a 2x12 avatar cab with vintage 30's. Wanting to make 2 1x12 cabs with one v30 in each... So tell me. What would be wrong with this? When I have an 8ohm 2x12 cab, does that mean each speaker is 4 ohm? or... Is this just a bad idea in general? or.... I'm just curious. 2x12 is just hard to...

Songs to learn to help my soloing.

Seeing as you can only multi-quote so many quotes. I'll reply to a bunch of these now, and then the others later. Thanks for all the suggestions guys. I'm mainly looking for specific songs though if that's not too much to ask. I don't have the money to just go buy all these Cd's to look through...

Songs to learn to help my soloing.

Anyone have any suggestions? I'd say bluesy type soloing. Not like metal shredding or anything like that. I've just hit a brick wall practicing and need something to get me going again and getting better. Thanks guys. -Elliot If you have any questions, let me know.

If you own the SCXD, you should RE-BIAS it (even stock tubes)! TONE!

That sure sounds promising. Definitely looking forward to trying to get that figured out. Just have to get some tools....

    Les Trem vs. Bigsby

    Alright, good to know. Thanks!

    Les Trem vs. Bigsby

Yeah, I pretty much figured that. I'll definitely go into a store sometime and just try out other guitars with at least a bigsby on it just to see what I think and if it's worth it or not. Just to make sure. Alright, good to know. So tuning issues will be relevant then. That bridge looks pretty...

    Reverend Guitars?

Well I haven't had a computer available for a couple weeks now, and I forgot which settings you asked me to review. I get home tomorrow, and will review these for ya. No worries, I haven't forgotten. From what I can say with it cranked...(I got to try this out just the other day)..I ran...

    Making band practice sound better

Ear plugs as well. If it hasn't been mentioned, I skimmed the other posts, but didn't really read thoroughly. Don't have time today, sorry. Anyways. I find that ear plugs help pick out things better. And also, just tell your drummer to play quiet, seriously, get the song down and everything then...

    Les Trem vs. Bigsby

I don't want to drill holes in my guitar because if I don't enjoy the tremelo then I want to be able to get my guitar back to it's original state without any holes. Also, I just don't want to risk hurting my guitar. I want to have the ability to bend the pitch of my notes up and down. I guess...

    Les Trem vs. Bigsby

So I want to add either a bigsby or a les trem to my guitar. Either way I DO NOT want to drill in my guitar. I have found ways to install both items without drilling. That being said.. Les trem is cheaper, and seems like a decent trem. Bisby looks nice. I'm leaning towards Les trem. Thoughts...

    The Egnater 20 watter

So I tried this out in Guitar Center the other day. Was running a Highway one telecaster through it... Sounds amazing. Definitely my next amp purchase. Had a great attack to it, and when turning up the gain, it definitely had a fantastic warm sound to it. The bright and tight switches really...

FS: Pedal board with many pedals!

What? It was a dewalt tools case. Not sure what it was for, but I picked it up cheap, and then cut out the innards to make my board.
